As lives become busier and more complex, AI will become indispensable in helping families manage one of life’s most critical responsibilities. By providing real-time updates, optimizing plans and working quietly in the background, AI will remove much of the stress and guesswork from estate planning.

While technology has already simplified processes with mobile apps and cloud-based platforms, AI represents the next frontier: a seamless, intelligent assistant that proactively helps individuals and families keep their estate plans aligned with their ever-changing lives.

One of my top predictions for 2025 is that artificial intelligence will be less of a buzzword, but something that is integrated practically in more and more business systems. It won’t be a shiny object but a powerful workhorse, often behind the scenes. The estate planning industry will be no exception.

Here’s how I see AI reshaping the estate planning landscape—making it smarter, more intuitive and deeply personal…

This is more than a technological leap—it’s a transformation that ensures estate planning keeps pace with our lives, protecting what matters most with intelligence, intuition and care. The future isn’t just about making the process easier; it’s about making it smarter, more personal and more accessible for everyone.
