By providing real-time updates, optimizing plans and working quietly in the background, AI will remove much of the stress and guesswork from estate planning.
While technology has already simplified processes with mobile apps and cloud-based platforms, AI represents the next frontier: a seamless, intelligent assistant that proactively helps individuals and families keep their estate plans aligned with their ever-changing lives.
One of my top predictions for 2025 is that artificial intelligence will be less of a buzzword, but something that is integrated practically in more and more business systems. It won’t be a shiny object but a powerful workhorse, often behind the scenes. The estate planning industry will be no exception.
